Shipping

We don't keep a warehouse full of stock. When you order, our fulfillment partner Printful prints your item. Production takes 2–7 business days, and then your package ships from the Printful facility best placed to reach you (the US, Europe and other regions).

We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Israel, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, New Zealand, Japan.

Free US shipping over $75, after discounts. For other orders and destinations, shipping depends on where you live and what you order, and is calculated at checkout, so you see the full price before you pay.

Total time to your door is production (2–7 business days) plus the carrier's transit time. In the US, most orders arrive within about 5–13 business days of ordering. International delivery can take longer.

Hanukkah begins at sundown on Friday, December 4. For US delivery we recommend ordering by November 16 to arrive by the first night, and by November 23 for the eighth night. These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers are busier than usual in December.

Orders shipped outside the US may be charged customs fees, import duties or local taxes by your country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the customer's responsibility.

If your package seems lost, email us at office@tzedek.media. Once the carrier has investigated, we will help you with a replacement.
