Privacy Policy

Love Hashem (lovehashem.store) is operated by Tzedek Media (Israel). When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Tzedek Media running the Love Hashem store.

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your shipping address
• An ID or passport number, only if you choose to enter one for your payment

We use this only to fulfil your order: to print and ship it, send your receipt and contact you about your order. We don't create customer accounts and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

We share your order details only with the partners needed to complete your order: our fulfillment partner Printful (who prints and ships your order and passes your address to the carrier) and our payment processor.

Payments are processed by Sumit (OfficeGuy). Your card details go directly to the payment processor and never touch our servers. Your receipt or invoice is issued by Tzedek Media.

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics, and Google Analytics once enabled) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, rough location and device. We don't use advertising pixels. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser's localStorage, on your device, so it's still there when you come back. You can clear it any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and no longer than we need them.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it (for example, for tax records). Just email office@tzedek.media.

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
