Do your products have Divine Names on them?
No. We never print any of the holy Names of G-d on a product, in Hebrew or in transliteration, so nothing becomes sheimos and everything can be worn, washed and eventually thrown away normally. "Hashem" literally means "the Name". It is the respectful everyday way to refer to G-d, and it is not one of the holy Names.
Do you print verses (pesukim) on clothing?
No. Full verses, like Hodu LaHashem Ki Tov, are printed only on posters, framed prints and canvas, never on clothing, mugs, totes or anything that can get dirty or be thrown away. Our apparel carries everyday sayings and expressions of faith, like Baruch Hashem and Gam Zu LeTova.
Is there Hebrew lettering on your products?
Not on products that may get dirty. Our current designs use English and transliterated words only.
Are your garments shatnez-free?
Yes. Our garments are made of cotton or cotton/polyester blends. None contain wool or linen, so there is no shatnez concern.
When should I order for Hanukkah 2026?
Hanukkah begins at sundown on Friday, December 4. For US delivery we recommend ordering by November 16 to arrive by the first night, and by November 23 for the eighth night. Everything is printed to order (2–7 business days) and then shipped, so these are estimates, not guarantees. Outside the US, please order as early as you can.
How do the shirts fit?
Our adult tees are Bella+Canvas 3001 shirts with a relaxed unisex fit. Order your usual size for a regular fit, or size up for a looser, longer look. Kids' tees use youth sizes, toddler tees 2T to 5T, and baby bodysuits 3 to 18 months.
How long will my order take?
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2–7 business days, and then your order ships. In the US, most orders arrive within about 5–13 business days. International delivery can take longer.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Israel, much of Europe, New Zealand and Japan. Free US shipping over $75 after discounts; otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout. Outside the US, customs or import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Is there a deal if I buy more than one tee?
Yes: 2 tees for $58. Every pair of adult tees in your cart gets $6 off automatically, and you can mix and match any designs, colors and sizes. A single tee is $32; sizes 2XL and 3XL are $3 more.
How do family sets work?
Build a set of adult tees, kids' tees, toddler tees and baby bodysuits in the same design on the Family Sets page. 15% off 3+ matching pieces: the 15% is taken off the whole set automatically while 3 or more pieces of that set are in your cart.
How should I wash my order?
Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang dry to keep the print bright for longer. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email office@tzedek.media within 30 days of delivery with a photo and you'll get a free reprint or a refund.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Sumit (OfficeGuy). Your card details go directly to the payment processor and never touch our servers. Your receipt is issued by Tzedek Media, which operates Love Hashem.
