Every Love Hashem piece is made to order, just for you. That shapes how returns work, so here it is in plain English.

Wrong size or changed your mind

Because each item is printed specially for your order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the sizing tips in our FAQ before you order: our adult tees are a relaxed unisex fit.

Damaged, misprinted or defective

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, we'll fix it. You'll get a free reprint or a refund, your choice.

Email us at office@tzedek.media within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo showing the problem.
We'll reply with next steps. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Lost packages

If your package never arrives, contact us. After the carrier investigates, we will help you with a replacement. See Shipping for more.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. How quickly it shows up depends on your bank or card issuer.
